Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to CultivaTeen Roots LLC. We provide an online platform and courses designed to offer parenting guidance for parents of teens. By accessing our website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully.

 4.1 Enrollment: By enrolling in our courses, you gain access to parenting resources and educational content.

4.2 Payment: Payment for courses and subscriptions must be made in full before accessing the course material. All fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property All content, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CultivaTeen Roots LLC or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
  2. User Conduct You agree not to use our Services to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive material.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

Online learning platform Participants in Making AdoleSense gain access to our secure online learning platform, where they can view course materials, stream video lessons, and engage with live expert sessions. The platform delivers non-downloadable videos and multimedia content covering teen brain development, effective communication, reflective journaling, setting boundaries, fostering independence, and topical modules on social media, substance use, gender identity and sexuality, neurodivergence, and preparing for college and careers.

    Caregivers, educators, and facilitators can also join interactive live sessions and expert panels, connect with other participants, and access guidance and strategies for supporting adolescents. The platform is designed to provide a safe, secure, and interactive learning environment, combining practical tools, expert insights, and community support to empower parents and caregivers.

  8. All course materials are accessible through our secure online platform, where participants can view non-downloadable video lessons, engage with interactive exercises, and join live expert sessions.
